Air Shower: Air showers are divided into manual air showers and fully automatic air showers, with dimensions of 1000*1700*2000, 2000*1700*2200.....

1. Material: SUS304 stainless steel, bottom 304 embossed anti-slip plate.

2. Visible 3C certified safety tempered glass, 5mm thick, fixed with aluminum pressure strips and silicone-free sealant.

3. Nozzles: 20 nozzles per meter, multi-angle embedded adjustable mirror-polished stainless steel nozzles, surface wind speed 22~25m/s, compliant with industry standards. Blowing from both sides and the top, totaling three sides, ensures excellent air shower effect. The inner blowing height ranges between 650~1500(mm). The return air position is on the inner side, between 70~450(mm) from the bottom. The air shower operates as an internal circulation system: wind generated by the high-pressure centrifugal fan in the fan box enters the air box, is filtered through a high-efficiency filter, and forms high-pressure wind speed via stainless steel nozzles, blowing into the air shower channel. The negative pressure created by the rotation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan's impeller draws air from the air shower channel back into the fan box through the return air inlet.

4. Filter: The air shower uses 4 sets of partitioned high-efficiency filters with a filtration efficiency of H13 (MPPS). Filter dimensions are 570*375*50, ensuring uniform return air.

5. Fan configuration: Equipped with dedicated air shower fans, low-noise high-airflow centrifugal fans. Two 0.75KW high-pressure centrifugal fans per meter ensure effective blowing. Parameters of the centrifugal fan are as follows: flow rate: 2550m³/h, total pressure: 1150Pa, noise ≤78dB, speed: 2840r/min, voltage: 380V, frequency: 50Hz. The voltage is 380V, with a total power of 4.5KW.

6. Safety: Automatic doors come with anti-pinch devices; in case of sudden power failure while personnel are inside, manual operation of inner and outer doors allows safe exit.

7. Uses high-quality Opple LED ultra-thin embedded downlights, ceiling-mounted, with delayed lighting function. Lights turn on when the door opens and delay turning off 60 seconds after the air shower completes.

8. Circuit control: The air shower control panel and circuit are designed and developed in-house, utilizing advanced high-tech integrated circuit control with photoelectric sensors. The text display shows internal blowing, lighting display screen, and time adjustment buttons. Air shower time is adjustable from 0—99S. An LED display shows door status, fan activation status, and air shower time. The dual-door indicator system uses advanced integrated circuits for sensor-automated blowing; when a person enters the air shower, it automatically senses and initiates blowing (does not blow when entering from the exit door, indicating more advanced and intelligent programming). Includes two blowing modes: intercept and direct, manually switchable on the control panel, with an emergency stop function.
